Madhav Kalra is a Sarod player, music producer, and composer whose journey began at the age of 10. Rooted in Indian Classical tradition yet open to contemporary sounds, his music creates immersive experiences that resonate with every listener, carrying the voice of the Sarod to every soul.
Bio
Madhav Kalra is a Sarod player, independent producer, composer, and foremost, a devoted student of Indian classical music. His journey began at age ten when a visit to a music shop sparked his curiosity for instruments—especially Indian classical ones.
Recognizing his passion, his parents introduced him to Pt. Mukesh Sharma ji, under whose guidance Madhav continues to explore the depth of ragas. He has performed at prestigious venues like DD National, Sri Fort Auditorium, Triveni Kala Sangam, the G-20 Summit (Mysore), India International Centre, and represented his state at the National Kala Utsav (MoHRD).
