About Me
Madhav Kalra is a Sarod player, composer, and music producer whose music bridges the depth of Indian Classical tradition with contemporary soundscapes. He began his musical journey at the age of ten under the guidance of Pt. Mukesh Sharma ji, and over the years has cultivated a distinctive voice on the Sarod—one that balances technical mastery with emotional expression.
From an early age, Madhav displayed a deep sensitivity towards melody and rhythm, which quickly translated into a strong command over his instrument. This dedication has shaped him into one of the promising young musicians of his generation, drawing appreciation from both traditional connoisseurs and newer audiences who connect with his fresh approach to classical music.
